The stones featured in this bracelet are Howlite, Crystal Quartz, Hematite, and Lava Stone. Their meanings are below. We chose the #PINK cross for #BreastCancer and the #CROSS to remind us all to have #FAITH especially in our toughest times.
Howlite is a very calming stone and many people use it to relieve stress of all kinds. It makes an excellent antidote to insomnia due to an overactive mind.
Howlite teaches patience and is said to absorb your own anger - or another's anger that is directed toward you. It is also known to help overcome critical or selfish behavior.
Healing properties of Howlite are said to procide relief from insomnia, support a balance of calcium levels and to strengthen teeth and bones.
Hematite is used to bring mental organization and is very grounding and calming. It can help with original thinking, logical thinking, and mathematics, any type of thinking which requires significant mental organization.
Emotionally, hematite decreases negativity. This lowering of negativity can benefit by helping balance the body/mind/spirit connection. It also is said to balance the meridians, boost self-esteem, and self-confidence.
