The Lava Stones act as natural diffusers. Place 1-2 drops of essential oil or use a rollerball to apply your favorite essential oil to your lava stone beads. When the smell fades, simply add more essential oil to the bracelet. Some oils have quite a bit of staying power, and can last for several days, while others will fade more quickly.
